At Facility Flooring, we were proud to collaborate with John Sisk & Son on the high-end natural stone installation at Four & Five Park Place. This project combined architectural ambition with technical precision, featuring Azul Valverde limestone flooring and 3D Travertine wall cladding throughout the main lobby areas.
This wasn’t a standard stone fit-out. Instead, we worked closely with architects and engineers to deliver a design-integrated installation. As a result, structure, lighting, and texture worked together to create a refined and contemporary space.
Refined & Robust: Azul Valverde Limestone
The flooring features Azul Valverde, a Portuguese limestone known for its subtle fossil detail and rich grey tones. In addition, it is installed in large-format slabs with precise jointing. This creates a seamless, modern finish ideal for high-traffic corporate spaces. Furthermore, the stone’s dense and non-porous nature ensures durability and minimal maintenance, especially if you are exploring natural stone installation options.
Sculpted Depth: 3D Travertine Wall System
The lobby’s standout feature is the 3D Travertine wall, designed with variable-depth panels on custom-engineered metal fixings. As a result, this system creates depth, shadow, and movement. It also transforms this natural stone installation into a strong architectural statement.
To complete the design, we also fabricated a bespoke Travertine reception desk, tying the floor and wall finishes together through cohesive detailing and craftsmanship.
