- A solution that integrates with their rigorous cleaning regime, including being washable and power-washable.
Our Solution: The Clean Poly Strong & Edge Mat
We installed the Clean Poly Strong & Edge mat, a premium product designed for high-traffic, high-performance environments like Wuxi Biologics.
- Poly: Featuring high-grade polyamide inserts for maximum water absorption, ensuring floors stay dry and safe.
- Strong: Engineered to withstand 3000 kg / 100 cm², making it ideal for heavy equipment and consistent usage.
- Edge: Equipped with innovative Y-shaped aluminum scraper bars for enhanced dirt removal, maintaining a pristine environment.
Custom Innovation: An Epoxy Well for Easy Maintenance
To meet Wuxi Biologics’ request for a washable tray, we went a step further by designing and installing a custom epoxy well to house the mat. This feature allows the mat to be securely set in place while ensuring it can be removed and power-washed as needed, simplifying maintenance without compromising durability or functionality.
